T 780-Terex

You may have questions when it comes to the future of Scott-Macon Equipment parts and service for Terex products. Rest assured, Scott-Macon Equipment and Terex are committed to supporting your lifting equipment. We know that when you purchase Terex lifting equipment, you make an investment in the success of your business and you expect crane support throughout its lifecycle.

Some customers have inquired about parts and service support for Terex mobile cranes, especially models produced in Oklahoma City. As Terex leaves production of these lines, the company declared it intends to continue to provide the parts and service support needed to keep these mobile crane models working for you.

“We continue to heavily invest in mobile crane equipment support and have added key roles to our parts and service business over the past six months. Additionally, we are increasing parts inventory for our mobile cranes previously produced in OKC, including nearly $1 million of additional parts inventory to support rough terrain cranes alone,” said Dean Barley, VP/GM, Terex Cranes Americas.

“During the Demag transition process and while we are in discussions to sell the Terex boom truck, crossover and truck crane lines, you can rest assured that continuous, world-class component parts support for these products will continue to be a key focus for Terex as well.”
